GIBI IS A PRIVATE FLEET AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY RIDERS. Customer complete a rental application to begin the process. Once payment has been completed, the customer is contacted by phone to schedule a delivery time. The Gibi e-bike will be delivered to the customer within 48 hours.

You must be of the legal age to enter into binding contracts. For most countries, this means you need to be 18 years or older for Gibi vehicles.

BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR GIBI, MAKE SURE TO REVIEW THE USER AGREEMENT FOR YOUR COUNTRY, WHICH STATES AGE REQUIREMENTS.

When renting a gibi, it becomes yours after 12 months of payments. If you do not complete 12 months of consecutive payments, you do not own the bike.

All repairs are at your expense, however Gibi is the only authority with permission to make repairs on a Gibi.
